FAQs

How do I make my first deposit?

To make your first deposit, set up a payment from your nominated bank account using our sort code 60-95-93 and your account number. You can find your account number in the 'Accounts' section of the app or on your desktop.

Why is my nominated bank account being rejected?

There are a few reasons your account might not be accepted:

  • It's with a provider our credit agency doesn't recognise (e.g. Starling Bank isn't accepted right now, so you'll need a different account to link).
  • It was a personal account converted to a joint one, but only the original account holder's details are on file.
  • Your bank account was recently opened or has been open for over 15 years.
  • You're under 18 or have just turned 18.

What type of account do I need to link?

Your nominated account must be:

  1. A current personal or joint UK bank or building society account (not a business or savings account).
  2. Able to receive and send payments through Faster Payments.
Where can I find my sort code and account number?

Log into your account, tap 'Accounts,' and select the one you need. Your details will show up on the next screen.

How long does a deposit take to appear?

A deposit can take up to 24 hours to show in your account.

What ID do I need to open an account?

You'll need a UK government-approved photo ID, such as a valid passport or driving licence. We'll verify your ID using our trusted partner, Onfido.

Why won't my temporary password work?

Make sure you're typing it in manually. Copy and paste may not work!

How can I access my account for the first time?

If you're accessing your account for the first time you'll need to register first. Enter your email address and unique security code that we've emailed you. If you can't find your security code you can request a new one.

If you've already downloaded the app, please uninstall it from your phone before registering. If you're still having problems call 0344 481 0933 and talk to our support team.

How can I contact you for help?
