Proc fees for residential and buy-to-let mortgages

• For residential and buy-to-let business we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.40% of the amount borrowed (minimum £200). 
• For limited company buy-to-lets we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.55% of the amount borrowed (minimum £200).
• For foreign nationals/returning ex-pats & RIO, we pay a procuration fee by BACS of 0.50% of the amount borrowed (minimum £200).
• Procuration fees are paid within ten days of the mortgage completing.
