  1. Assess an applicant's borrowing ability.
  2. Submit an Agreement In Principle (AIP) and a mortgage application.
  3. Upload documents.
  4. Track case progress.
Assess an applicant's borrowing ability

We assess an applicant's ability to borrow for a mortgage. We use an affordability calculation based on their income, debts and expenses.

This will confirm the maximum amount we can prepared to lend.

We offer a quick affordability calculator for those advisers yet to register with us. This affordability calculation cannot be saved or sent with a mortgage application. 

Application manager

Our application manager will show you the progress of each application submitted through our broker portal. It’ll also allow you to upload the required supporting documentation and download a copy of the mortgage offer.
